Iceburg Lake Hike

Can you believe we went on another hike with the "Ice climber", Walt? This one was up his alley, with Iceburg Lake as the destination. It was so cold when we finally got to the lake (4.9 miles one way), but no one climbed the iceburgs. We ate lunch in the cold wind, then headed back to the warmth of the truck. It was another beautiful "walk in the park " as our fearless leader says. We saw a moose and a herd of some kind of naked looking 4 legged animals and a beautiful bird (maybe a Cedar Waxwing). There is just no way to take a bad picture in Glacier Park. Montana Mike contributed quite a few of these pictures. Hope you enjoy them.
